Key Responsibilities :

Provide intraoperative nursing care in the Main Operating Room of a Level II Trauma Center.

Assist with various surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and sterile field integrity.

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to deliver high-quality perioperative care.

Monitor and respond to patient needs during surgery, including recognizing changes in patient condition.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and surgical procedures.

Float to outpatient surgery unit as needed based on operational demands.

Uphold infection control standards, safety protocols, and hospital policies at all times.

Support post-operative transitions by ensuring proper handoff and continuity of care.

Experience Required : \nMinimum of 2 years perioperative (OR) nursing experience is required.\n\nCNOR certification preferred.\n\nQualifications : \nCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.\n\nCurrent CPR certification (BLS).\n\nAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.\n\nPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.\n\nStrong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment.
