Experienced Crew Chiefs (Lead Technician or Supervisor)

SERVPRO of Waltham / Watertown is now hiring Experienced Crew Chiefs (Lead Technician or Supervisor). We have immediate openings. SERVPRO responds to water, fire, and mold damage, and also cleans HVAC systems, carpets, upholstery, and house cleaning, etc. Each production employee receives full PPE. Excellent starting pay with overtime. Benefits for Crew Chief (Supervisor) : 7 Paid Holidays, 5 Paid Vacation days, 5 Paid Sick days, Matching 401k - 50% up to 6% of income, Health Insurance - Company pays 50%, Paid Life and Disability Insurance, Paid bonuses for On Call, Sewer and Bio Hazard jobs (Including Covid-19 jobs), Paid continuing education certifications.

Requirements : MUST have experience as a Crew Chief, MUST have IICRC Water Certification (WRT), MUST have valid driver's license and reliable transportation, MUST be able to work overtime and emergency calls, MUST be able to speak, read, and write English. The rate of pay will depend on experience and certification levels. Interviews are being held at our office at 50 Sun Street, Waltham MA between 9 AM and 4 PM.
