One of our best clients, a leading manufacturer / OEM of precision CNC manufacturing cutting tools, is looking for a  Field Service Engineer  based out of Ohio, working remotely and traveling the region of the surrounding states.

A bit about the company :

For over 40 years, they have been a leading producer of cutting machine tools worldwide, making top-of-the-line CNC machines, 5-axis, etc. With operations nationally and internationally, they are recession-durable. The job :

• Provide customers with maintenance, repair, and installation assistance for CNC machine tools on-site or by telephone.
• Create and update documentation of technical information.
• Contribute to product development by assisting and training the end customer's Service Engineers on installing and maintaining newer product lines.
• Establish and build exemplary communication and customer service relationships with customers. (There's a tech team that supports the field service engineers in-house, so they don't have to have 100% every answer from beginning to end; trust that they have support when in the field.)
