Job Details
We are seeking a skilled Sr. Financial Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Oracle-based financial systems, driving improvements, ensuring system integrity, and providing technical expertise to our finance team. This position requires a strong understanding of Oracle FBDI, Oracle EPM / EPBCS, and reporting.
Responsibilities :
1. Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day support and optimization of Oracle Cloud Financials modules such as General Ledger, Payables, Asset Management, Treasury, and Cost Accounting
2. Provide functional and technical assistance for Oracle Supply Chain Management modules, including areas like Purchasing, Receiving, Product Data Management, Inventory Control, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Planning, and Manufacturing workflows
3. Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics using Oracle tools such as OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View, and BI Publisher, leveraging SQL for customization
4. Offer support for Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), including debugging, enhancing business rules, and working with Calculation Scripts
5. Handle key system administration functions, such as managing user roles and permissions, overseeing environment updates, testing quarterly patches, and ensuring compliance with IT change control procedures
6. Facilitate requirement-gathering and design workshops with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into system enhancements or new configurations
7. Develop and update internal documentation, including user guides and training content, to support financial system use across the organization
8. Coordinate with external vendors and Oracle support to resolve technical issues by submitting and managing service requests when needed
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in Implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials Applications
3. Hands-on experience with Oracle FBDI, ADFDI and OTBI reporting
4. 2+ years of experience with Oracle EPM / EPBCS
5. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to analyze problems and present solutions persuasively
6. Proficiency in Excel, SmartView, and experience troubleshooting EPM Cloud environments
