GENERAL SUMMARY :
Demonstrates excellence in clinical teaching and is an expert in their designated nursing specialty.
Demonstrates implementation of the mission, vision, goals and values of the College as well as the philosophy of the division in which they are assigned.
Responsible for planning, implementation and evaluation of the clinical components of assigned nursing courses.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Nursing Program : Minimum of a Master of Science in Nursing preferred or progress toward a Master of Science in Nursing required. Current unencumbered Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Nebraska or approved compact state of residence as defined by the Nebraska Nurse Practice Act required. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in field of practice required. Minimum of one (1) year of teaching in higher education academic setting preferred.
