About This Role :

• Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership

Drive an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with organizational goals and patient growth targets. Oversee brand governance, campaign performance, and data-driven optimization to ensure consistent voice, messaging, and ROI.

Lead digital strategy including SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, and email marketing. Oversee content and creative direction across all platforms. Manage external communications, public / media relations, crisis response, and executive visibility.

Develop targeted messaging for diverse audiences—patients, employees, community partners—to ensure clarity, consistency, and mission alignment. Lead community-facing initiatives, health education campaigns, and sponsorships that reflect FQHC values.

Direct planning and promotion of organizational events to elevate brand positioning and foster community relationships. Manage internal and external event messaging and media coverage to support business and engagement goals.

Serve as strategic advisor to executive leadership. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing and communications team. Oversee departmental operations, budgeting, and vendor partnerships to drive innovation, alignment, and efficiency.
