Technical Designer

Fit + Fresh is the leading designer and manufacturer of lunch bags in the U.S., distributing to over 35,000 retail doors including Walmart, Target, and Amazon. We are experiencing rapid growth and are expanding the Product & Design team.

Technical Designer – Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and release packaging dielines and specifications for all products, ensuring that all packaging files meet production standards.
• Build, maintain, and release detailed tech packs with accurate measurements, materials, and construction details for soft and hard goods.
• Develop photorealistic renders of bag designs for e-commerce graphics, sales presentations, and marketing use, accurately matching back to production-ready samples.
• Collaborate with designers to translate approved designs into print-ready files and with product development, design, and project management teams to align on project timelines and deliverables.
• Review prototypes and pre-production samples against tech packs and renders, flag discrepancies and recommend corrections.
• Oversee smooth, timely release of design assets to support launch timelines and maintain version control across all packaging and design assets.
