Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our collaborative and compassionate team. You'll work closely with our physical therapists to deliver individualized care that helps patients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

Assist physical therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans

Instruct and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities

Observe, measure, and document patient progress

Communicate observations and updates to the supervising PT

Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs to promote continued progress

Maintain a safe, organized, and positive clinical environment

Qualifications

Current Utah Physical Therapist Assistant license (PTA) – required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient-focused attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Detail-oriented and committed to clinical excellence

Schedule

Monday through Friday (no major holiday shifts)

Flexible scheduling available

Full-time or part-time positions
