Minimum Requirements :
- B.S. in physics, math, engineering, computer science, or a related field; M.S. or Ph.D. desired Substantial software development experience Familiarity with state-of-the-art radio frequency or laser modeling and simulation tools Ability to implement, understand, and maintain mathematical and scientific codes Object-oriented design and programming in C++ U.S. citizenship + willingness to undergo background investigation and perform some work at customer sites Experience in any of the following is a plus : Directed energy modeling and simulation experience RF or laser source, propagation and target effects modeling Cross-platform software development on Linux and Windows 3D graphics, ray tracing, and physics-based rendering User interface development with Qt Supercomputing, CUDA, OpenMP, MPI Code sample or C++ evaluation required Stellar Science is a forward-thinking business that allows its developers and scientists to work at home on occasion when consistent with job requirements.
