Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Urgent Care for a nursing job in Douglasville, Georgia.

Shift : 12 hours, days, nights
Employment Type : Staff
Provide safe, individualized patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation)
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practitioners, and team members to ensure quality outcomes
Support patients and families through clear communication and compassionate service
Maintain documentation, uphold safety and compliance standards, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Serve as a mentor or preceptor to fellow nurses and staff

Qualifications

✅ Education :

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma or BSN required)

✅ Licenses & Certifications :

Active RN license in Georgia (or Compact State license)

BLS (Basic Life Support) – American Heart Association required

ACLS / PALS may be required depending on unit

✅ Experience :

Direct patient care experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-centered environment

✅ Skills :

Excellent communication & critical thinking

Strong organizational and time management abilities
