Position Summary

We are hiring Surgical Neurophysiologist Technologists to support growing service demand in Columbia, South Carolina. This role is critical to ensuring patient safety and communication during complex surgical procedures involving the brain, spine, and nervous system.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate IONM equipment in the operating room
  • Monitor neurophysiological signals during surgery and report significant changes
  • Work under direct or remote supervision depending on experience level
  • Maintain thorough documentation and follow hospital protocols
  • Participate in continuing education and training as appropriate to role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field preferred
  • Eagerness to learn, reliable, and composed in clinical environments
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • 1+ years of independent IONM experience
  • Proficiency in multiple modalities (SSEPs, EMG, MEPs, etc.)
