Job Description
The Sr. Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing the Enterprise business unit, focused specifically on new business. This is a team comprised of 6 sellers and 1 manager. The Sr. Sales Director will be coaching and supporting their team on account strategy to achieve their annual subscription targets and services goals. The Sr. Sales Director must be effective in addressing individual performance issues and leading sales training to enhance team performance.
