The BOYL Building Consultant manages the pre-construction process for Build On Your Lot (BOYL) projects, ensuring compliance with all regulations, accuracy in plan modifications, and consistency in pricing. This role works closely with sales, purchasing, engineering, and drafting teams to deliver precise, cost-effective, and compliant home designs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Pre-Construction & Redraw Management :

Oversee redraw process prior to initial agreement.

Maintain BOYL option pricing (B-options, foundations, custom changes).

Confirm pad preparation, bid accuracy, and attend site visits to validate foundation type and costs.

Review soils tests, elevation certificates, and surveys to recommend foundation designs.

Address permit rejections and HOA requirements with sales.

Conduct annual break-check reviews with Purchasing.
