Job Summary :
As a Nurse Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing principles, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Certifications / Licensures :
- BLS Certification is required within 90 days of hire
- ACLS Certification is required within one year of hire
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification is required within one year of hire
