Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment & Expediting : Efficiently process and expedite online and in-store clothing orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment from initial placement through final delivery.
- Customer Interaction : Manage and resolve customer issues and inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Issue Resolution : Handle transaction issues, disputes, and delivery inquiries while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer.
- Inventory Coordination : Assist with tracking inventory levels to ensure accurate fulfillment and minimize delays.
- Positive Customer Experience : Maintain a high level of patience and professionalism to build strong customer relationships.
Job Requirements
Detail-Oriented & Multitasking : Must be highly detail-oriented with the proven ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Communication Skills : Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to build positive customer relationships.Technical Proficiency : Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability and willingness to quickly learn a new Point of Sale (POS) system.Flexibility : Must be flexible and willing to learn quickly and follow directions precisely.Benefits
