Salon Receptionist

Ciao! Welcome to Bartucci Beauty, a luxury hair salon located in the Fulton Market District of Chicago. We are a community of creative minds with a passion for beauty, fashion and art, looking to add a dynamic salon receptionist to our team.

Our salon transcends the traditional model, creating a lifestyle-oriented customer experience. We are in a fast-paced environment and need a team-player who is eager to learn and grow with the company. The primary focus of this position is the client experience and ensuring the highest level of customer service. Experience in a salon or retail environment is required.

The job responsibilities will include [but are not limited to] :

• Act as the first point of contact by greeting, checking-in and hosting guests as they arrive
• Proficient in phone etiquette and fielding questions; booking appointments utilizing the salon software; maintain up-to-date information in client files
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; professional and courteous demeanor
• Strong clerical skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Dress Code : Because of your high visibility and interaction with every client, you are expected to dress appropriately in polished, fashionable attire

Part-time, approx. 24 hours per week.

We are open Tuesday through Saturday, evening and weekend availability required
