As a Security Officer - Retail Front Desk in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a retail location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing a welcoming presence while assisting with access control and responding to security-related incidents. Your role involves maintaining a visible position to help deter unwanted activity and delivering exceptional customer service. Pay Rate : $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTime

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
