Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming school year (2025-2026) within a K-12 public school district in San Bernardino County, CA. This contract role offers the opportunity to work across elementary, middle, and high school settings, serving a diverse caseload of students with mild to moderate speech and language disabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to PreK12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in ongoing professional development and in-house training sessions
Qualifications and Desired Experience :
Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license or California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) credentialCertification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferredExperience working in healthcare, pediatric, school, or teletherapy settingsAbility to manage an average caseload of approximately 55 students; support available via Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in higher caseload sitesStrong organizational and communication skills, with the capacity to work independently or as part of a teamOpen to candidates at all professional levels, including Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) cliniciansWork Schedule and Location :
