Assistant Executive Director

Location : Washington, DC

Pay Range : $80 - $100K

What's the Job?

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the community, achieving and maintaining maximum occupancy of the community to capacity, achieving high resident satisfaction and quality resident care / services, ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal requirements, generating respect in the community for the community, ensuring smooth operation of the community, and generating the projected profit for the company.

What is Needed?

• 3- 5 years prior experience in a management position operating retirement, assisted living or skilled nursing community, or related business.
• Must have appropriate professional license and license must be in good standing (i.e. Skilled Care, RCF, ALF, BH).
• Must understand budgeting, financial record keeping and reporting, appropriate State and Federal regulations and operational systems.
