This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned cardiovascular RN who thrives in a high-acuity setting and is passionate about post-cardiac care.\n\n✅ Position Details\nShift : Nights\n\nSetting : Cardiovascular Unit (Post-PCI, Post-Bypass, CHF, etc.)\n\nTrauma Level : Level II Trauma Center\n\nLicense Required : Current Illinois RN License\n\nCertifications : BCLS, ACLS (both required)\n\n💉 Skills & Experience\nOpen Heart Recovery experience preferred\n\nExperience with : \n\nSheath pulling\n\nCRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) – highly preferred\n\nTitration of critical drips (Required)\n\nTelemetry : RNs are expected to interpret their own cardiac strips\n\nMonitoring System : Draeger tele monitors\n\nTele Tech available to assist with monitoring\n\n🏥 Support & Resources\n24 / 7 Intensivist & Hospitalist coverage (MDs & NPs)\n\n24 / 7 Respiratory Therapist (RT) coverage in ICU / PCU\n\nFull range of respiratory equipment including : \n\nVents\n\nCPAP\n\nBiPAP\n\nAdditional advanced respiratory modalities
