Location : Tysons Corner, VA (Hybrid – Onsite & Telework)

Clearance : Must be eligible for DHS Entry on Duty (EOD)

Contract : ICE

The Web Designer (Key Personnel) position supports onsite operations at Tysons Corner, VA. The position is hybrid and reports to the Creative Director or Program Manager as designated.

Summary

C² Technologies is seeking a creative and technically skilled Web Designer to support the SEVP External Training Application (SETA) by designing intuitive, brand-aligned, and Section 508-compliant front-end experiences. This position plays a key role in enhancing the usability and visual appeal of the platform while ensuring compatibility across devices and browsers.

Responsibilities

• Implement SCT-provided visual and brand-compliant designs into web templates and training interfaces.
• Develop responsive, accessible front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Maintain and enhance existing web pages and interface components.
• Ensure full compliance with Section 508 accessibility requirements and DHS usability standards.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, content creators, and federal stakeholders to ensure cohesive user experiences.
• Conduct cross-browser testing and implement updates based on user feedback and testing results.
• Stay current on UI / UX best practices and apply modern design trends where appropriate.
