1.0 FTE AHFT Cardiology clinical practice opportunity
Join 7 Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiologists and 4 experienced Cardiac Surgeons
Outreach clinic ‘approximately’ one day per week
Proficiency in Cath lab procedures, including invasive hemodynamic assessments, myocardial biopsies, diagnostic coronary angiograms (optional), urgent temporary MCS devices (optional) and PA pressure sensor implants (optional)
On-call for AHFT team only
Encourage participation in medical education of general cardiology & AHFT fellows and internal medicine residents and medical students, and regional CV conferences hosted by Advocate Health
Participation in ongoing advanced HF, transplant, MCS & PAH research
EPIC EMR
