Lucid is seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Manager to manage the fasteners and consumables value stream for all current vehicle platforms. This role manages all company business related to Lucid's global fastener and consumable supply bases and is responsible for ensuring supply continuity on existing programs. The Global Supply Manager serves as the key internal interface with Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Quality, and Manufacturing to deliver world-class products on time in a cost-effective manner. The successful candidate will help establish our global supply chain strategy, support cross-functional teams during development and industrialization, and drive sound business decisions throughout the product lifecycle.

You Will :

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Fastener and Consumable suppliers to support production and development builds.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational supplier issues, ensuring continuity of supply and responsiveness to production needs.
• Define and track supplier KPIs including on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness, and inventory accuracy.
• Conduct regular supplier reviews and drive corrective actions for performance deviations.
• Create, manage, and track purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with planning and production teams to align supplier output with build schedules and inventory targets.
• Partner with VMI suppliers to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory replenishment.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks including late deliveries, quality issues, and capacity constraints.
• Monitor supplier capacity and readiness for upcoming builds, escalating risks as needed.
• Support cost tracking and reporting efforts by monitoring supplier pricing, PO spend, and BOM impact.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Production to ensure supplier readiness and alignment with program milestones.
• Support change management activities including part transitions, spec updates, and supplier onboarding.
• Travel 1020% to supplier sites for operational reviews, issue resolution, and build support.

Salary Range : The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors. Base Pay Range (Annual) $118,600 - $163,020 USD.
