Voda Cleaning and Restoration is seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience cleaning a variety of flooring types using truck-mounted equipment. Experience with Apex 570 truck mount machine is highly preferred. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, technical expertise, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities :

• Perform professional cleaning services for various flooring types, including but not limited to carpet, tile and grout, hardwood, vinyl, and concrete.
• Operate truck-mounted cleaning systems (Apex 570 preferred).
• Assess job sites to determine the best cleaning methods and solutions.
• Pre-treat and prepare floors for cleaning as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained, cleaned, and operational.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and according to industry standards.
• Communicate with customers to explain services, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards.
• Assist with additional tasks, such as equipment setup and cleanup, as needed.

Compensation : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
