Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Internal Service Advisor at Serpentini Chevrolet of Willoughby Hills. This is a full-time position in the auto industry that requires exceptional customer service skills. As anInternal Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our used car department and assist them with scheduling and coordinating all in stock preowned vehicle service needs. Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our customers and used car department.

Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for our used car department, both in person and over the phoneSchedule and coordinate appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairsGreet customers and gather necessary information about their vehicle concernsProvide accurate and timely estimates for services and repairsCommunicate with used car department throughout the service process, providing updates and recommendations as neededTrack repairs and maintenance services to ensure timely completionCollect payment from customers and process transactions accuratelyMaintain a strong knowledge of our vehicles, services, and promotions to best assist the used car departmentAssist with maintaining a clean and organized service centerHandle customer and used car department complaints and find appropriate resolutionsCollaborate with our service technicians to ensure quality and timely service for our used car departmentStrive to achieve customer satisfaction and retention goalsRequirements :
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferredPrevious customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industryExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organization and time-management abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentBasic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairsProficient in computer usage and ability to navigate various software systemsMust have a valid driver's license and clean driving recordEEOC Statement :
