Job Summary :
Dayspring Janitorial Service, INC. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Human Resource Assistant to support managing employee relations, recruitment,
onboarding, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will help ensure
smooth HR operations and contribute to maintaining a positive and productive
work environment for our janitorial staff.
Key Responsibilitie s :
- Assist with recruitment activities including posting job ads, screening
- resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and maintaining employee records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll processing and tracking attendance, leaves, and benefits.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Help coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist with performance review scheduling and documentation.
- Support the Administrative team with special projects and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources or related field preferred.Previous experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in service orjanitorial industries.Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
