About the "Department"

We are the regional resource for a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to pain management including spine surgeries, image guided injections, joint injections, chronic back pain related to back / joints and opioid-free pain management strategies.

About The Career :

Responsible for scheduling cases for Spine and Pain. Enters patient billable charges into the charge master. Reconciles and verifies patient charges for all cases. Collects and organizes daily schedules. Collects, prints and distributes monthly reports. Collaborates with doctors / office personnel to acquire accurate information for scheduling of cases and needed equipment.

All About You :

Education : High school diploma or equivalent.

Training & Experience : Minimum of 2 years secretarial experience.

Medical terminology and computer knowledge required.

Successful completion of BLS certification within 45 days of hire.

Job Knowledge : Encompass a wide range of secretarial, computer and medical information, which includes communication, problem solving and prioritizing skills.
