Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications & Responsibilities :

Valid NJ Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

2 years' experience in assisted living or long-term care setting is preferred

Administer medications, provide treatments, and implement care plans per physician's orders

Monitor residents' health status, document changes, and promptly communicate concerns to the healthcare team

Offer compassionate care while ensuring residents' physical and emotional needs are met

Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator

Registered Nurse (RN) Schedule & Benefits :
