What You'll Do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving membership sales performance, overseeing the complete membership sales cycle from lead generation and follow-up to conversion and retention, and ensuring that all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded.
You will track daily performance metrics, optimize sales processes, and lead a high-performing team focused on member growth, engagement, and satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities :
Drive consistent membership sales through proactive outreach and studio engagement
Manage inbound and outbound leads with a focus on personalized follow-up and conversion
Achieve and exceed monthly membership and revenue goals
Maintain accurate records of lead activity, conversions, and retention metrics
Collaborate with studio leadership and coaching teams to enhance the member experience
Represent STRIDE Fitness in the community through events and partnerships
Build a positive, high-energy environment that inspires staff and members alike
Who You Are
Experienced in membership or service-based sales, ideally within fitness, wellness, or boutique studio environments
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, goal-oriented settings
Outgoing, empathetic, and skilled in building strong member and community relationships
Highly organized, data-driven, and accountable to results
Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others live stronger, more balanced lives
Compensation
$25 per hour plus uncapped commissions and bonuses (expected total compensation : $75,000 to $100,000+ annually)
Guaranteed base rate of $25 per hour with bi-monthly pay
Generous commissions on every membership sold
Monthly performance-based bonuses tied to total studio revenue (up to 5%)

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (fitness, wellness, or hospitality preferred)
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals
Full-time availability including evenings and weekends
Reliable transportation and residence within 30 minutes of Pasadena, CA
Authorization to work in the United States
