Position Summary

The Client Marketing Manager serves as a strategic partner to sales leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies focused on driving conversions and deepening customer loyalty to build pipeline and accelerate engagement within key accounts. This position will work closely across cross-functional teams to define product positioning, messaging, and go to market plans for our suite of workforce solutions.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

Sales Enablement 50%

Communicates campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines to teams

Provides support for successful program adoption

Work vertically across enterprise sales leaders and divisional field marketing teams to align marketing objectives with sales and recruiting initiatives

Strategic Planning and Execution - 40%

Contributes to the creation of integrated marketing and communications plans that meet B2B client objectives

Develops and manages marketing programs aimed at penetrating high-value target accounts, strengthening the sales pipeline, and cultivating our highest-value customers

Drives a cross-functional content marketing strategy that is aligned to key business goals and strategic content themes

Develops and implements a segmentation strategy that enables us to deliver the right message to the right audience

Develops tactical plans for each stage of customer journey, focused on reaching highly specific and senior-level B2B decision-makers and executives and sustaining engagement

Data Analytics 10%

Own KPIs, funnel dynamics and reporting for all marketing activities with accountability, work with data analyst to build dashboards and client analytics

Partners with production teams to monitor, measure and track ROI metrics and impact of client programs

Secondary Functions (If Applicable)

Partners with Marketing to identify effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for key accounts

May work on special projects or other duties as assigned

Supervisory / Budgetary / External Communication Responsibility

May communicate with external clinicians

Qualifications Education, Work Experience, Certifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

8 years' relevant experience required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Physical, Mental, Working Condition, and Travel Requirements

Typical office environment - sedentary with typing, writing, reading requirements. May be able to sit or stand.
