We is seeking an experienced Quality Technician . The Quality Technician is responsible for inspecting and verifying the quality of parts, assemblies, and finished products to ensure they meet Precision Instruments' specifications and standards. This hands-on role is critical to supporting daily production operations and maintaining quality assurance throughout the manufacturing process. The role reports to the Quality Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
- Inspect incoming parts, in-process assemblies, and finished goods using precision measurement tools and gages.
- Record inspection results accurately using standardized forms and digital systems.
- Interpret mechanical drawings and specifications to determine inspection criteria.
- Access and utilize job travelers, bills of material, inspection sheets, and technical drawings through internal computer systems.
- Follow detailed procedures, checklists, and instructions to complete inspections and quality checks.
- Use hand and power tools to prepare parts or samples for inspection.
- Communicate and collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment in compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment3 years' experience with measurement tools includingcalipers
