Hourly Pay Range : $26.40 – $39.60 (based on experience)

Night Differential : +$4.00 / hr

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $15,000

Relocation Assistance : Case-by-case basis

Job Description

We are hiring full-time Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurses to join our Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) . This position is ideal for experienced acute care nurses who excel in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

Available Shifts

Day Shift – 12-hour shifts (7 AM – 7 PM)

Night Shift – 12-hour shifts (7 PM – 7 AM) with $4 / hr night differential

Rotating Weekends Required

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and treat patients requiring intermediate-level care

Implement individualized care plans and document patient progress

Administer medications, treatments, and post-op care

Respond to emergencies and acute changes in patient condition

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital safety protocols

Qualifications

1+ year of recent acute care PCU experience required (within the last 12 months)

ER RNs with recent acute experience or Med-Surg RNs with 3+ years in acute settings may also be considered

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred

Active RN license in Florida or multistate compact (must apply for FL license if not held)

BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire

ACLS (AHA) required within 60 days of hire
