They work on an integrated care model and provide high-quality services to their community.

Salary and Benefits

• $250,000 to $300,000 Salary range (including with RVU bonus model) (depending on experience)
• $40,000 Sign on bonus
• Heath Insurance : 80% Paid By Employer
• Paid Time Off : 3 Weeks
• 5 Paid Holidays.
• CME : Paid & Time Off
• No weekends, nights, or holidays.
• Full support staff.
• 401(k) with 4% match (after 1 year of employment)
• No weekends, nights or holidays (work / life balance)
