A company is looking for a Director of Admissions to facilitate enrollment growth and manage the Admissions team.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, coach, and supervise Admissions Advisors and Managers to enhance team performance
Collaborate with leadership to contribute to growth plans and optimize enrollment processes
Monitor and report on performance metrics and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in a higher education leadership role managing Admissions teams
Experience with enterprise CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, particularly using Microsoft Excel
Experience in a multi-state and remote work environment is preferred
