Position : Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative

Location : Flint

Hours : Hours may vary between 8 : 00am - 8 : 00pm,

Pay : $16+ / hr

Responsibilities :

  • Handle all inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails
  • Assist Customers by answering a variety of questions in a polite and professional manner
  • Document all phone call and decisions

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Reliable Internet Access and quiet work space at home
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills

    • High Data Entry Accuracy and at least 35 WPM

  • Microsoft Office, Windows Navigation, and Zendesk or similar software experience

    • Ability to quickly learn new software

  • Bi-Lingual : English and Spanish Preferred
