Your Role : The Machine Operatoris responsible forperforming basic machineoperation, working with computer-controlled equipment ormechanical basedmachines to make sure they are set up properly, working well and producing quality products.

You'llbe DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities :

Basic understanding of motor components and functions(40%)

Load / unload / inspect components to Operational Method Sheets (OMS) by use of proper gauging equipment in a safe and efficient manner(30%)

Make adjustmentsasrequiredfor change overs(30%)

Identify,troubleshootand correct minor machine time outs(20%)

Setup / Operate1 up / down workstations(20%)

Perform monthly PM requirements(10%)

Inform team leader about processes or equipment requiring attention(10%)

Complete rework and scrap documentation asrequiredorrequested(10%)

Package service parts(10%)

Participate in completion of continuous improvement projects specifically designed to improve processes,productivityand quality, especially those related to corrective actions(10%)

Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area(10%)

Practice 5Ss(10%)

Basic math skills

High school diploma or equivalent
