PhysioMed is seeking a compassionate and autonomous Physical Therapist to join our team serving an older adult community across three conveniently located facilities. If you're passionate about improving mobility, independence, and quality of life for seniors—and you thrive in a flexible, self-directed environment—this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

• Deliver personalized physical therapy services to older adults with diverse mobility needs.
• Work independently across 3 nearby facilities (all within 15 minutes).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining clinical autonomy.
• Create and implement treatment plans focused on functional improvement and safety.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and recovery strategies.
