  • Location : Santa Fe, NM 87505\n
  • Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 7 / 2025 – End : 3 / 7 / 2026)\n
  • Shift : 6 : 30 AM – 3 : 00 PM (5x8 hour days or 4x10 hour shifts; hours TBD)\n
  • Weekly Hours : 40\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $2210 - $2370\n
  • Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse, On-Site\n
  • On-Call : 1-2 call nights per week; 1-2 24-hour weekend call shifts\n
  • Floating : Required to other hospital departments as needed\n
  • EMR : Epic\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program\n
  • Active New Mexico RN license or Compact State RN license (required for Santa Fe healthcare jobs)\n
  • BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience\n
  • Trauma nursing experience required\n
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call and weekend shifts\n
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills\n

    • \n\nOR RN Responsibilities\n \n

  • Coordinate and deliver patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards\n
  • Provide perioperative care tailored to the age and needs of surgical patients\n
  • Respond promptly to emergency and trauma situations with clinical expertise\n
  • Float to other clinical departments as needed to support patient care\n
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide weekend coverage as required\n
  • Accurately document patient care and interventions using Epic EMR\n
  • Demonstrate professionalism and compassion toward patients, families, and colleagues\n
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized operating room environment\n
