Senior Middleware Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Middleware Engineer to join their Enterprise Services team.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business partners to define project requirements and assist in system architecture design for .NET-based services

Develop and maintain scalable services and APIs using .NET within a cloud environment, implementing best practices for security and versioning

Plan and execute all phases of testing and provide support to application users while ensuring alignment throughout the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable work experience; Master's degree preferred

Minimum 5 years of software application development experience, including 1-2 years as a Developer focused on modern .NET and cloud-based services

Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) expertise in C# / .NET and experience with SOA patterns and microservices architecture

Experience with various databases (SQL, NoSQL) and scripting using bash / Shell / Python / Powershell

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration / Delivery (CI / CD) technologies
