In this role, youll guide clients through their recovery journey by ensuring they understand their responsibilities within the program and offering encouragement, structure, and support every step of the way.

Pay : $17 - $21 / hour

Shift : Full-Time, 3rd Shift - Hours : 11 : 00 pm - 7 : 30 am

  • Provide orientation to new clients, check in personal property and perform luggage searches
  • Provide for the safety of the clients by making rounds including all areas described in the Program Abuse Prevention Plan and overnight bed checks
  • Interact with clients whenever possible
  • Attend shift change report and department meetings
  • Assist with the admissions and discharge process
  • Chart interaction with clients and observations made in clients record through electronic charting system
  • Attend staff meetings and In-service trainings, as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    • Required Skills

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Prior work experience in a residential treatment center environment helpful, but not required
  • CPR and first aid certified preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • The ability to lift and move objects weighing a minimum of 25 pounds
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
