Children’s Specialized ABA is designed to address the comprehensive needs of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). By leveraging the expertise of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence, the program aims to expand access to innovative and compassionate care, empowering children diagnosed with autism to thrive. Children’s Specialized ABA offers home-based, community-based, and center-based ABA therapy.

Join Us as a Content Specialist

We’re changing lives, and we’re seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to help grow our customer base and spread the word about our brand and services.

A successful Content Marketing Specialist will have a knack for storytelling and creating content that brings both our internal and external communications to the next level.  You will work closely with our marketing team, community outreach and clinical leadership to write engaging content to bring our brand to life.

What You'll Do :

Develop and execute content for brand, web (SEO), social and digital channels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to outline and publish content on various platforms

Develop engaging written and mixed-media stories that attract audiences and maintain high levels of engagement.

Publish editorial content on web and mobile applications.

Understand the organization's assets and internal processes to advance initiatives with stakeholders.

Craft informative blog posts and tutorials for our website to create engagement and increase enrollment and SEO value.

Assist in shaping employee engagement with the brand through internal communications, training materials, and other content.

Write social media posts (Meta, , X…) to announce our company's mission, vision, features and use cases.

Analyzing how your content performs and optimizing content strategy accordingly.

Facilitate and manage online content delivery tools and processes.

Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments and best practices.

Be proactive and resourceful in solving issues effectively.

What You'll Need

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s in journalism, marketing, English, PR, or relevant field preferred.

A minimum of 2 years of content creation and production experience.

Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.

Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Microsoft Suite knowledge (Word, Power Point, Excel primarily).

ABA experience is preferred but not required.

Work Location & Hours :

This is a full-time position in a hybrid setting (1 to 2 days on-site) in one of our EI Centers in NJ (Jackson, Newark, Voorhees). The core hours are 8.30am to 5 : 00pm.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year.

Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
