Senior Maintenance Technician Qualifications :
The position is considered to have moderate to heavy physical demands. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to climb up to nine feet on ladders, work in overhead structures, walk, stand, twist, stoop, bend, squat, and kneel at least 90% of the workday. The employee will occasionally be required to lift, carry and / or move in excess of 75lbs pounds and frequently be required to lift, carry and / or move in excess of 50 pounds during the normal course of a workday
