GTSC has an immediate need for an Accounting Manager with strong experience for end-to-end payroll processes for both salaried and hourly employees.

About the Role :

This dual-role position is ideal for an accounting professional who is confident with all aspects of payroll and general ledger reconciliations, journal entries and enjoys contributing to continuous process improvement.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency. You'll play a key role in ensuring payroll compliance and accuracy, analyzing and preparing account reconciliations, and improving financial operations.

As a Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the payroll function, including both exempt and non-exempt employees, including SCA employees, while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing. This position requires a deep understanding of government contracting compliance, federal and state regulations and labor laws. You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Accounting to ensure smooth operations and compliance with all applicable requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Payroll Administration : Oversee end-to-end payroll processes for both salaried and hourly employees, ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages, bonuses, and benefits. Full process between timekeeping and labor systems
• Reconciliation

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual with payroll service reports & Tax returns reconciliation of payroll and other balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Maintain state compliance notices and have in-depth knowledge of multi-state tax compliance and reporting.
