Job Details

Responsibilities

Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect complex machined parts, primarily for aerospace and defense components.

Create and edit CMM programs using PC-DMIS or equivalent software.

Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.

Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results in accordance with AS9100 and ISO requirements.

Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality team members to resolve dimensional issues and improve processes.

Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain CMM equipment as required.

Qualifications

3+ years of CMM programming experience in a precision machining environment.

Strong proficiency in PC-DMIS or similar CMM software.

Thorough understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and aerospace specifications.

Familiarity with AS9100 / ISO quality systems.

Ability to work independently and support a fast-paced production environment.
