Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our GSS MN Blackduck Northern Pines facility. This is a full-time position with 12-hour night shifts . As an RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering individualized nursing care to our residents.

Your Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes / planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide tailored care.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise.
• Care for residents across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide education and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as appropriate.
• Ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care while addressing any service concerns.
