This division is looking to add a qualified Project Manager who can immediately impact the business by managing three projects totaling $20M in value. Job Description

The Project Manager - Concrete Construction will :

• Supervise all direct responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager; in the absence of an APM, these responsibilities shall be handled directly
• Supervise submittal and RFI processes
• Oversee coordination of material deliveries
• Manage jobsite documentation, including progress photos
• Oversee job close-out requirements
• Support jobsite safety enforcement
• Develop and manage project schedules
• Track and report project progress
• Monitor and control project costs
• Enforce risk management parameters established by the Project Executive
• Manage change orders and support dispute resolution
