Key Responsibilities

Act as the liaison between Investment Management and Finance for annual planning, variance reporting, and performance analysis

Help coordinate capital management initiatives by aligning asset budgets with corporate objectives and product strategies

Provide strategic oversight to ensure investment operations support the company's financial strength and profitability

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience (10+ years) of investment activity within a life insurance company

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights

A collaborative mindset and proven ability to influence decisions across departments

Proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field required; advanced degree, CFA, or CPA designation preferred
