Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering or construction materials testing, including project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, TDOT and other CMT standards and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools; familiarity with engineering software is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong management and financial skills
