Senior QA Automation Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer for a contract opportunity with remote work options.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate integration testing across various products and platforms by collaborating with developers, QA, and product owners

Design and deliver automated integration test suites for validating APIs, service orchestration, and data flows

Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines and maintain test code and test data management for scalability

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in QA Automation within enterprise software engineering environments

Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript / TypeScript based QA Automation Frameworks, particularly Cypress and / or Playwright

Demonstrated experience in integration testing, including APIs and end-to-end data paths

Practical experience testing RESTful APIs and setting up automated test runs for integration testing

Working knowledge of containerized test environments, such as Docker, and ability to work with test orchestration
