SUMMARY : Empowered to make discretionary decisions regarding Entertainment and Promotions of the Casino.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
- Responsible for coordination of all showroom ticket sale events.
- Responsible for coordination, implementation and tracking of all ticket sales.
- Interprets and regulates the entertainment the entertainment contacts with amendments based on Casino needs, and communicates with Production Managers and Artists.
- Reviews and analyses activities, costs, operations and forecast data, to determine department progress toward stated goals and objectives.
- Confers with General Manager, to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives, resulting from current status and conditions.
- Develops and implements day-to-day promotions within the casino.
- Ensure that all promotions are conducted fairly and without bias.
- Establish guidelines for all promotions.
- Make announcements and ensure all promotional material is extended to the public and to in-house customers.
- Collect and record information on all promotions.
- Represent casino at different public and social events.
- Spokesperson for casino for public events and or fundraisers pertaining to the casino.
- Develop rapport with customers.
- Facilitates the flow of information, by organizing and presiding over regularly scheduled Promotions meeting with all department heads.
- Participates in administering company policies and developing and recommending long-range goals and objectives.
- Ensures management of promotion operations foster and encourages positive interaction between employees, management and customers.
- Reviews and analyses activities, costs, operations and forecast data, to determine department progress toward stated goals and objectives.
- Confers with General Manager, to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives, resulting from current status and conditions.
- Held accountable, to the highest degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Work under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
- Responsible for compliance with the Casino’s internal control policy and procedure as it relates to the positions stated job description.
- Be accountable for and fully utilize EDGE, our guest experience program, with each guest interaction.
- Keep pace with completing internal edge observations, including coaching employees and data entry of weekly snapshots.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, recommendation for hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problem.

Education and / or Experience : BA in Business, Marketing, Finance or the equivalent in experience. Experience in Casino management, above and beyond that required below, my be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis. Five years progressive supervisory experience.
